DEFINITIONS

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

GOVERNING LANGUAGE
English is the official language used for these Terms and Conditions, communications between Marina Bay Sands Casino (Singapore) and you, including but not limited to announcements made on gaming stations or via public address system, all promotional materials distributed at its premises, emails sent by Marina Bay Sands Casino (Singapore)'s customer service department as well as website content.
FORCE MAJEURE
Marina Bay Sands Casino (Singapore) will not be liable for any loss caused due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control and this includes but is not limited to: natural disasters; global economic disruptions; public health emergencies or other unforeseen events that might hinder the provision of services at Marina Bay Sands Casino (Singapore) premises.
GOVERNING DISPUTE RESOLUTION AUTHORITY
Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration administered by Singapore's International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules, to which you agree and submit without prejudice, for final and binding determination as applicable under the laws of Singapore.
CONSENT TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore, any action arising out of these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to an application by Marina Bay Sands Casino (Singapore) to enforce its rights under this Agreement or for relief sought against you for breach hereunder.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions embody the entire agreement between the parties relating to access to premises, use of Services, participation in promotions conducted at Marina Bay Sands Casino (Singapore)'s facilities including any prior negotiations, understandings agreements or communications made thereon.
